Our Services
We offer two core capabilities: Engineering grade FDM 3D printing and custom unmanned systems research and development. Use this page to explore what each service includes, view examples of past work, and choose the fastest path to get started, whether you need production-ready parts or a complete system built from the ground up.

Engineering Grade FDM 3D Printing focuses on durable, functional parts designed for real-world use, from rapid prototypes to small-batch manufacturing.
Custom Unmanned Systems R&D is for organizations that need novel solutions, where we take requirements from concept through iterative prototyping and fieldable hardware.

Fused Deposition Modeling 3D Printing
Our engineering-grade FDM printing service delivers durable, functional parts designed for real-world use, from rapid prototypes to small-batch production. We focus on practical materials, dimensionally accurate prints, and a transparent pricing formula.
How it Works
Submit a Quote Request
Submit for a quote below, our team will email you for upload of your part files. If you have target dimensions or tolerances, mention them to our team so we can quote accurately and recommend the best material and print orientation.
Receive Quote and Complete Payment
We’ll respond by email with a formal quote/invoice that includes lead time and shipping. Once you approve the quote and complete payment, we lock the production slot and confirm the timeline.
Manufacture, Inspect, and Ship
Your parts are printed and finished as required, then verified through a quality control check for dimensional accuracy and overall print integrity. We package and ship the order and include a QC inspection report so you have documented confirmation of the results.

Novel Unmanned Systems Research & Development
Our Novel Unmanned Systems Development service takes your concept from requirements to prototype to fieldable production through rapid iteration, testing, and mission-driven engineering. Customers who partner with us end-to-end, from initial design through final validation, receive discounted unit pricing compared to standard production models purchased after development.
How it Works
Discovery and Requirements Intake
We start with a short scoping call to define the mission, environment, constraints, and success criteria (range, payload, endurance, comms, autonomy level, and form factor). You’ll leave this step with a clear requirements summary and an initial concept direction.
Preliminary Quote and Development Commitment
Based on the scope, we provide a preliminary quote with a recommended development path, estimated timeline, and key milestones. To begin work, the client commits via a signed scope and an upfront development retainer or initial milestone payment, which reserves build time and funds early prototyping.
Concept Design and Architecture
We translate requirements into system architecture, major component selections, and a prototype plan. This includes trade studies (when needed), risk identification, and a build strategy that prioritizes speed, serviceability, and cost control.
Rapid Prototyping and Iteration
We build prototypes quickly, test them, and iterate through design revisions in short cycles. You receive regular updates, photos/video, and change summaries so progress stays transparent and aligned to the requirements.
Validation and Field Testing
Once the design stabilizes, we validate performance against the original requirements and complete practical field tests. Outputs typically include a final configuration, test results, and recommended operating limits.
Production Transition and Unit Pricing
After validation, we move into small-batch production for the finalized configuration and establish lead times and unit pricing. Clients who partner with us through the full development process receive discounted unit pricing compared to standard post-development production models.
